Superiorfountainandpond.com is glad to assist you with returns on most products purchased from us.  Contact us at sales@superiorfountainandpond.com.

Superiorfountainandponds.com will accept authorized returns.  


Defective Products


Some manufacturers service their products. For your convenience, here are the manufacturers and contact information for you.


  • Kasco Marine: (715) 262-4488

  • Superiorfountainandponds.com will process the product warranty, except for the above-listed manufacturers. This will be done at no additional cost, other than shipping the product to us.
  • All warranties are limited to our choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product.  This excludes any consequential expenses that may have resulted from the defective product. 
  • Items that are returned as defective are subject to inspection.  If the replacement pump is not warrantable, the customer will be charged for a replacement pump.  Alterations to power cords or other alterations that may have caused damage are examples of this.
  • A charge will apply if the defective pump is not returned within 20 days of replacement.
  • If an item is returned and found to be defective, Superiorfountainandpond.com will send a replacement item at no charge or issue a credit.  Items that are found not to be defective will be returned at the customer’s expense.  
  • All products are under warranty from the original purchase date and donot renew with replacements.   
  • Bargain Bin items have a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

New and Unused Products


  • Superiorfountainandpond.com will accept new and unused products back within 15 days of purchase. Please ship the product back with the original packaging enclosed within a separate box to minimize package damage.
  • If the product had free shipping, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • Products that are returned are subject to inspection before any credit is given. 
  • All products that have been returned in service will be considered used, and “used Products”  terms and restocking fees apply.
  • Freight cost and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.  Original freight costs are non-refundable.
  • Bargain Bin items are not included in the new, unused return policy.

 Used Products


  • Superiorfountainandpond.com will accept used products within 15 days of the date of purchase.  Pumps that are returned within this time frame that are clean, fully assembled, and complete are not subject to restocking fees.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection.  
  • Products that are returned as used must be fully assembled, clean, and be in good working order.
  • Products must be returned with all components.
  • Consumables (fish food, water treatments, UV bulbs, ect.), excess bulk items (tubing, liner, underlay, filter media, etc.), and special order items may not be returned.
