Shipping & Policies stocks large quantities of our products for quick shipping.  It rarely happens, but sometimes a product may run out of stock. If this happens, we will keep you informed of product availability and estimated shipping and arrival times.  Most orders will ship within two business days, many the same day.

Products sold on do not include shipping and processing fees unless otherwise noted.  If a product is shown with free shipping, it is shipped with the most economical option.  Faster shipping options such as “FedEx 2 Day”, FedEx Standard Overnight,” and FedEx Priority Overnight” are not included with the “Free Shipping” on a product.  If you require a product to be shipped faster, please contact customer service.

At, we negotiate with common carriers to bring you the best shipping rates possible.

Packages that are 150Ibs or less are generally shipped via FedEx ground service unless otherwise requested.  Quicker shipping methods such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Ect. are available either on the website as an option or by calling customer service.  We will process Express orders first if done before 2:00 PM Central time.  This allows us to ship your order the same day.

As a friendly reminder, freight companies & FedEx do not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times.  Here is a good example.  If a package is shipped FedEx 2 Day on Friday, it will not be delivered on Sunday, but rather Tuesday.

LTL Freight Shipping

For products that way more than 150Ibs or are physically too large to be shipped via FedEx, these products will be shipped via a freight truck.  

Some freight companies will require the customer to be present for delivery.  The customer will be responsible for offloading the product.  In some cases, the driver will assist you, but not all.  Liftgate service is not included in the quoted rate.  If you require a liftgate service, please email us  

Orders will be delivered via a 40’ long semi-truck.  You will need to make sure your location is easily accessible for the truck.  The truck should be able to make its delivery and then turn around.  If your location is not accessible by the truck, then you will be held responsible for any additional delivery charges.  Liftgate service can be requested at an extra cost.  This charge is not covered under free shipping.  For the liftgate service, please contact us.  

The customer must inspect all merchandise, and numbers should match the lading bill before signing to accept delivery. Note any damages or shortages directly on the bill of lading. If your shipment is damaged and you sign the lading bill without noting it, it becomes virtually impossible to file a damage claim. will help to coordinate delivery times with freight companies. cannot guarantee delivery times.

Additional delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer. Other costs associated with delayed product delivery, including but not limited to stand-by labor charges or equipment rental, are the customer’s responsibility. only ships inside the contiguous lower 48 states.  Unfortunately, we have found it almost impossible to provide adequate customer service to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and other countries.
